On Arrival: Gibbston Valley GV Rose 2020

1st Course: Green-lip mussel croquette, house-pickled fennel, garden greens, bonito mayonnaise, lemon and caraway vinaigrette.

Wine Match: Gibbston Valley GV Riesling 2018.

2nd Course: Walnut butter steamed Hapuka, shiitake mushroom casserole, edamame beans, miso beurre blanc.

Wine Match: Gibbston Valley China Terrace Chardonnay 2020.

3rd Course: Pomegranate braised beef cheek, salt baked potato, red cabbage, chive labneh and laurel jus.
